Regal Eagle Tickets on Sale

Medal of Honor Recipient Leo K. Thorsness
On November 14th Medal of Honor recipient Leo K. Thorsness delivered the keynote address at Woodward Academy’s inaugural Veteran’s Day ceremony. Colonel Thorsness was awarded the Medal of Honor for “conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity in action at the risk of his life above and beyond the call of duty” during a surface-to-air missile suppression mission over North Vietnam in April 1967. He is one of 99 living Medal of Honor recipients.
